- The Wellness Card is FREE.
- No minimum purchase required.
- One (1) active Wellness Plus Card per customer.
- Enjoy an automatic 10% discount on eligible regular-priced items.
- To enjoy card benefits, customers must present either the physical card or digital copy upon purchase.
- Card benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
- The Wellness Plus Card does not earn reward points and benefits cannot be converted to cash.
- The card is transferable and may be used by another person, provided the physical card or digital copy is presented.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced. Customers may apply for a new card.
- By registering for a Wellness Plus Card, customers consent to providing their Name, Birthday, Mobile Number, Email Address and Location.
- Cardholders also agree to receive marketing communications and be enrolled in the Wellness Plus Viber Community.
- No expiry. Wellness Plus reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the loyalty program and its benefits without prior notice.
- Applicable in all Wellness Plus Stores.
- Excludes consigned items unless otherwise stated.
