A formulation based on vitamins, minerals, sulfur-containing amino acids, and gelatin, specially designed for skin care. The skin and its appendages (hair, nails, etc.) are highly sensitive to nutritional deficiencies due to their constant renewal. Hair and nails are made of keratin, a protein that hardens the epidermis to protect the body from damage caused by external factors and helps to strengthen the hair and nails. For keratin to form properly, a number of nutrients are essential: certain vitamins, such as B vitamins; mineral salts; and sulfur-containing amino acids (L-cysteine, L-methionine), which promote keratinization and, therefore, the growth of hair and nails.
The gelatin present in this formulation also stimulates the production of keratin.
